Facility Rental

Within our historic facility, we have a variety of rooms and spaces that can accommodate groups of up to 160 people. We welcome church members and our surrounding community to inquire about hosting social events, meetings, and other large group activities.

Space usage is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at times when there is no worship service or Church event scheduled. We offer custodial services for your event for an additional fee. To inquire about space and schedule a site visit, please email our Office Manager or call 860-246-2224.

    Sanctuary

    Our historic Sanctuary features wide-plank hardwood floors, AV for multi-media presentations including Zoom meetings and live streaming, a baby grand piano, great acoustics, and is ADA accessible. Seating for up to 160 in a variety of flexible configurations via our wheeled pews. A welcoming space for a concert, lecture, community meeting, yoga or meditation classes, or large social gathering.

    Library

    Our Library can accommodate up to eight people at our six-foot conference table. A quiet room for small meetings, remote work, instrument rehearsal, or to use as a green room for performers. ADA accessible via the Sanctuary.

    Hodge Hall

    Hodge Hall can accommodate up to 120 standing or 100 seated banquet-style. Folding tables, stackable chairs, and some casual seating options are included in the rental. A great space for hands-on classes or projects, community meetings, group meals, or as a staging area for performances in the Sanctuary. There is an extra fee for access to the kitchenette. ADA accessible via the Sanctuary.

    Johnstone Hall

    Johnstone Hall was completely renovated in Fall 2023. The main room can accommodate up to 120 seated, and there is a small stage and commercial kitchen. It is used for classes, community meetings, yoga, and group meals. Folding tables and stackable chairs are included in the rental. This room is on the lower level and is not ADA-accessible.

Other available rooms:

Our Children’s Nursery is suitable as a child-care room during larger events or as a classroom for younger children.

Our Music Room can be used as a music practice room, a co-working office, or as a classroom for older children.
